Code Enforcement

The West Earl Township Code Department is dedicated to the protection of public safety, health, and welfare of the residents of West Earl Township.

West Earl Township adopted portions of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, published by the International Codes Council, for property maintenance regulations.

The regulations are found in the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code. Amendments and deletions to these regulations can be found in Chapter 132 of the West Earl Township Code.
