A pin number is pre-assigned to your individual utility account. Please see your utility bill or call West Earl Township at 717-859-3201 to obtain your unique pin number.
All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted.
The Convenience fee associated with paying your bill online is from the company processing the electronic payments, West Earl Township is not charging a convenience fee.
The convenience fees are as follows:
2.95% of the total payment will be added to all credit/debit card payments and $1.99 will be added to all ACH/E-check payments.
